Job summary

Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to drive growth in the UK's digital marketing space. You will proactively prospect, tailor solutions, and close deals while managing client relationships for up to 12 months post-sale.

Excellent communication and a resilient, target-driven mindset are essential. This role offers a competitive base (£35,875) with an OTB earnings potential (£53,875) and a car allowance (£5,200–£6,200).

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or high-performing telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience selling digital products or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to identify client needs.
• Present, negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Nurture client relationships and manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve client ROI.
