Job summary

Croxdale Group is seeking a Sales Executive to drive showroom and outbound sales in Croxdale. You will engage customers in person and via phone/email, understand needs, present vehicles and services, and guide them from enquiry to handover.

Daily duties include managing leads, conducting demonstrations and test drives, preparing finance quotes, and maintaining records in dealership systems while coordinating with aftersales and finance teams to ensure a smooth sale process and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role; ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills including active listening, needs analysis and building long-term relationships.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with clear verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities; manage multiple leads and administrative tasks.
• Comfort using dealership systems, CRM tools, and basic office software for recording activities and quotations.
• Knowledge of vehicle features, finance options, and automotive products; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in showroom, by phone and email to understand needs and present suitable vehicles and services.
• Manage leads and follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives; prepare finance and product quotations.
• Maintain accurate records in dealership systems and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate with aftersales and finance teams to support the sale and handover.
• Follow up with prospects to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
