Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Sales Executive for its Tupton site. You will warmly welcome customers, identify needs, and present new and used vehicle options from a wide portfolio.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, including test drives, finance explanations, negotiation, and documentation in line with policy. You will maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and support showroom presentation to ensure a positive buying experience.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales and negotiation experience or potential.
• Basic IT and administrative skills, able to use CRM systems.
• Interest in automotive sector and willingness to learn features, finance options, and compliance.
• Self-motivated, professional, reliable with time management.
• Retail or vehicle sales experience is beneficial but not required; full training provided.
• Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage customers at the Tupton showroom.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain finance/insurance options.
• Manage the full sales cycle from test drive to paperwork completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up leads.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance, admin and aftersales to ensure smooth service and hit sales targets.
