Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment (teams of +10 is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards to achieve high local standards.

• Guest Experience: Prioritize guest-first service, build strong guest relations, and enhance loyalty through the brand values.
