Job summary

Joe & The Juice in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive best-in-class guest experiences.

You'll lead a team, uphold safety and standards, and help achieve store targets while developing your career in people-centric leadership within our fast-paced network of Juicers. This full-time position also offers exposure to international cultures, leadership programs, and a clear Moneyball career path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor, or a similar position).
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment (experience with teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe and healthy store env; enforce hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and engage the team via daily feedback and in-store training.
• Guest Experience: Deliver a guest-first approach, build strong guest relations and loyalty.
• Performance Management: Help drive sales and optimize store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
• Value-Based Leadership: Lead team in line with company virtues and principles.
