Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work alongside the General Manager to deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service, and guest experiences.

You’ll manage people, sales targets, and costs while developing a strong junior leadership team and ensuring compliance with safety and employment laws. This role offers clear progression into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, training and providing candid feedback when needed.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing costs and driving guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support the GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent; build a future leadership pipeline.
