Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will work closely with the GM to execute plans, manage costs, and maintain top service standards.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with food safety and employment regulations while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for both crew and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume QSR or fast-casual environments.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and health regulations.
