Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and have constructive conversations with teams.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing costs and controlling labor.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes' quality, speed, and guest experience standards.
• Support GM in building a winning plan and achieving performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety, health & safety, and employment laws.
