Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant, drive guest experience, and manage daily operations. You will partner with the GM to deliver exceptional food quality, speed, and service while developing a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading results through teams, coaching, training and honest conversations when needed.
• Excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership; built teams and developed future leaders.
• Deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times; adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience.
• Support the GM in building a winning plan and achieving performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment law.
• Be a role model, maintaining high standards and inspiring the team.
• Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent and build a strong pipeline for the future.
• Keep energy high and service smooth, contributing to a vibrant culture.
• Step in for the GM as needed and pursue personal leadership development.
