Qualifications

• Experience operating service support functions within an enterprise environment.
• Infrastructure administration, fault finding/diagnosis and fix.
• Experience with File/Print Clusters and enterprise level thin client environments and messaging systems.
• Strong documentation skills for end users and for operations teams.
• Extensive work experience in infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hardware and software for server, network, storage or desktop environments.
• Test all deliverables and document results.
• Integrate and test new products for programme infrastructure.
• Administer and enhance the environment and its supportability.
• Provide second line support.
• Carry out project tasks to ensure project viability.
• Accurately assess time to complete tasks per standard processes.
