Job summary

Synergize Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced DV Cleared EUC/VDI Support Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support across secure Windows desktop, virtual desktop and application environments.

The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and VMware Horizon/VDI environments, ideally within Defence, Government or other highly secure environments.

Qualifications

• DV clearance required.
• Strong Windows 10/11 experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune management.
• Experience with Active Directory/Group Policy.
• Hands-on VMware Horizon/VDI experience.
• Experience in secure/enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support across Windows desktop and EUC environments.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 endpoints.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune-managed devices.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy and user/device administration.
• Provide technical support across VMware Horizon/VDI environments.
• Troubleshoot virtual desktops, desktop pools, user sessions and connectivity issues.
• Support deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
• Assist with application packaging and software deployment.
• Investigate and resolve complex endpoint, application and virtual desktop incidents.
• Work with infrastructure, application and security teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow strict change/configuration management processes.
• Work within secure Government/Defence environments and associated security procedures.
