Job summary

Synergize Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced DV Cleared EUC/VDI Support Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support across secure Windows desktop, virtual desktop and application environments.

The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and VMware Horizon/VDI environments, ideally within Defence, Government or other highly secure environments.

Qualifications

DV clearance required.
Strong Windows 10/11 experience.
Hands-on Microsoft Intune management.
Experience with Active Directory/Group Policy.
Hands-on VMware Horizon/VDI experience.
Experience in secure/enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Provide 3rd line technical support across Windows desktop and EUC environments.
Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 endpoints.
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune-managed devices.
Support Active Directory, Group Policy and user/device administration.
Provide technical support across VMware Horizon/VDI environments.
Troubleshoot virtual desktops, desktop pools, user sessions and connectivity issues.
Support deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
Assist with application packaging and software deployment.
Investigate and resolve complex endpoint, application and virtual desktop incidents.
Work with infrastructure, application and security teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation and follow strict change/configuration management processes.
Work within secure Government/Defence environments and associated security procedures.
