Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Duty Shift Manager who will work at our client’s premises.

This role involves working in a Control Room environment.

We require Officers to be SIA Licenced – Door Supervision or Security.

Duties as a Duty Shift Manager

• Ensure the site is secure & protected from Flood, Damage, Fire & Theft at all times
• Conduct internal & external patrols of all centre areas
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and checks
• Carry out relevant checks on security equipment, reporting any defects
• Comply with data protection regulations regarding accessed information
• Manage keys according to security procedures
• Liaise with the team regarding issues or faults
• Complete daily security checks
• Coordinate with police & fire services as needed
• Operate power supplies in the centre as required
• Respond to evacuations, security alerts, and public disorder per training
• Perform any other security-related tasks as directed by the Security Manager
