Job summary

SSP Starbucks in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a fast-paced team from an early shift. You’ll open and close the unit, manage daily operations, and swiftly resolve issues to keep service running smoothly.

You will motivate staff, maintain a positive atmosphere, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across busy locations. Prior leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred, with strict background checks and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail role.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive problem solving.
• Clear communication and ability to motivate a team during shifts.

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on any certain shifts.

  Pay Rate: 13.75 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra 1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am.

We have Full Time (30-40 hrs) roles available. Shift times: Please note this is for 3am start ONLY. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
