Platinum Recruitment Consultancy seeks a Duty Manager in Aberfeldy, Scotland. You will support the Resort Manager and help run front office, guest services and daily operations with emphasis on service quality and team development.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the resort under the Resort Manager.

• Carry out room inspections for cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Respond to guest, member and owner queries professionally.
• Handle operational issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Support Meet the Manager sessions and build guest-owner relationships.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
• Complete all required company training and compliance courses.

Duty Manager Scotland - £31,900 | Permanent | Aberfeldy

Ready to take the next step in your Front Office or Hotel career? This is a very exciting and unique opportunity to join a beautiful resort in the Scottish Highlands in Aberfeldy, as a Duty Manager, supporting the Resort Manager and playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the property.

With a varied role, supporting the front office operations, guest experience and team support, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager looking for career development within a welcoming hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Duty Manager, you'll report to the Resort Manager and support the smooth running of the resort, with a strong focus on Front Office, Back Office and overall guest experience.

• Support the Resort Manager with the daily operation of the property
• Supervise the Reception operation and monitor service standards

• Coordinate room allocations and accommodation operations
• Carry out room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
• Respond to and resolve guest, member and owner queries professionally

• Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel
• Complete all required company training and compliance courses

We're looking for a confident hospitality professional with previous Duty Manager, Front Office experience who enjoys taking responsibility and delivering excellent service.
