Freedom Leisure in Hassocks is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of service across our leisure centre. The role offers casual hours, training support, and a friendly, professional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in duty management or similar role.
• Experience in customer service and staff management.
• A passion for the leisure industry and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and develop and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard.
• Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
• Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team.
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Respond flexibly to variable demands and maintain high service levels.
