Premier Inn in Manchester (Denton) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay and the team has what it needs. You’ll be hands-on, helping in busy periods and briefing the team before the next rush.

The role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week, with evenings and weekends included. This fixed-term contract runs until 31 January 2027, with potential for progression toward a Hotel Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-traffic customer environments is valued.
• Strong decision-making and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
