Premier Inn Inverness Centre is seeking a Duty Manager to lead hotel operations each shift, coordinating across reception, housekeeping and restaurant to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role offers permanent employment with guaranteed hours and a structured training path starting on day one.

You’ll develop leadership skills, support the team, and help solve guest issues, with opportunities to progress toward a Hotel Manager role. Evening and weekend shifts are included.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
