Job summary

Premier Inn is looking for a Duty Manager in Glasgow City Centre (Buchanan Galleries). You will lead shifts, work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has what they need.

You’ll train and motivate your team, handle guest queries, and ensure operations run smoothly during busy periods. A permanent contract with guaranteed hours is on offer with clear progression to Hotel Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy hospitality settings.
• Strong customer-service focus and ability to handle guest queries.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams.
• Identify issues early and address them promptly.
• Contribute to guest safety and smooth hotel operations.
• Work with Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
