Job summary

Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre Moorfields is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager. You’ll spend your shift helping guests, leading your team and keeping the hotel running smoothly, across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant.

Pay is up to £13.86 per hour with a fixed-term contract ending 28/02/2027 and 40 guaranteed hours per week. Location is 3 Vernon St, Liverpool L2 2AY, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts across the hotel and coordinating front‑of‑house teams.
• Ability to spot issues early and resolve them.
• Confident decision maker who stays calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running as it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
