Job summary

Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Cathedral Quarter) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay and the team has everything it needs.

You’ll manage guest questions, coach colleagues, spot issues early and work closely with the Hotel Manager to keep the hotel running smoothly. Pay up to £13.86 per hour on a permanent contract with guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a busy guest-facing environment.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and provide clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and resolve problems quickly.
• Work across reception, housekeeping and restaurant as needed.
• Spot issues early and take decisive action to maintain service standards.
• Ensure guest safety and smooth hotel operations in collaboration with the Hotel Manager.
