Job summary

Whitbread PLC is hiring a Duty Manager for Premier Inn in Brackley. You will lead across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team is supported.

No hotel experience is required; those with leadership experience in other sectors are welcome. You’ll contribute to operational excellence and have a clear path to Hotel Manager with strong on-floor leadership.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from other sectors welcome.
• Ability to lead shifts and coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant.
• Strong decision-making and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
