Job summary

Whitbread in Bradford is seeking a Duty Manager at Bradford Central Premier Inn to lead shifts, work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, and ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll help the hotel run smoothly, lead from the floor and coach the team as needed.

The role offers a fixed-term contract until December 2026 with guaranteed 8 hours per week and pay up to £13.86 per hour. This is a hands-on, frontline leadership position with potential for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in busy customer-facing environments.
• Ability to make decisions and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver pre‑shift briefings.
• Coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
