Job summary

Whitbread’s Premier Inn in London Hayes Heathrow is seeking a Duty Manager to help run the hotel. You’ll work 35 guaranteed hours per week with a permanent contract and be paid up to £14.36 per hour.

You’ll lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, supporting the team and guests to ensure a great stay. This is a hands-on role where leaders are on the floor, not just supervising.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or customer-facing environments is desirable.
• Comfort with shift-based, hands-on management.
• Ability to stay calm and respond quickly to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel shifts across reception, housekeeping and restaurant.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide pre-shift briefings and ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain safety and service standards during busy periods.
