SSP in York is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to own opening, closing and daily operations, solving issues on the fly and keeping energy high. You will lead the team through busy shifts, maintaining a positive atmosphere and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires inspiring leadership, acting as the go-to person for customer and team queries, and driving improvements while staying focused on unit performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and drive service standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
