You will own shifts, support the front of house team, coordinate with the kitchen, and address issues promptly while upholding high standards across busy service periods.

You’ll balance operational awareness with hands‑on leadership, responding quickly to challenges while maintaining high standards throughout service.

Your day‑to‑day:
