Cross Keys is seeking a Duty Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead a team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will oversee service quality, staff development, and guest experiences in a busy pub environment.

As Duty Manager at the Cross Keys, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
