Job summary

The Boot Inn is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and hit business targets. You’ll oversee daily operations, train staff, and lead by example to create a welcoming, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality/food & beverage management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong guest-focused service ethos.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Act as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are looked after and their experiences are memorable.
• Contribute to achieving business targets and guest satisfaction.
