Job summary

Alexandra is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at our Harrogate pub. You will mentor and develop your team, ensuring excellent guest experiences while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a team and running day-to-day operations.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire teams to deliver great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train, coach and motivate staff to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Lead by example and guide development within the team.
• Drive moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
