Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Duty Manager at one of our Nicholson's pubs. You will work alongside the General Manager to lead your team, oversee daily operations and ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality.

As Duty Manager at the Cross Keys, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
