Crown is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager across our Vintage Inns pubs. You will help run the day-to-day operations, lead the team, and ensure guests receive a warm, memorable experience in a cosy rural pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and assisting the General Manager.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver good food, drink and service.
• Comfort acting as a role model and guiding development within the team.

• Lead by example and develop team members.
