Job summary

The Antelope Inn in Bangor is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager and lead the team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, ensuring guests have a memorable experience and that brand standards are met across food, drink and service.

You’ll support development within the team, model excellence, and help drive performance to achieve targets, while benefiting from flexible shifts and staff discounts as part of a supportive pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver excellent food, drink and service.
• Strong guest-focused approach and sense of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
