Job summary

Nightingale, part of Vintage Inns, seeks a Part Time Duty Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee all areas of the business, ensuring guests receive a warm and memorable visit in a cosy pub setting.

You’ll work alongside the GM, train your team, and drive service excellence, with a focus on guest care and achieving targets while benefiting from staff discounts and pension provisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a hospitality team.
• Proven ability to train and inspire staff to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Strong focus on guest care and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver quality service.
• Act as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are well looked after and have memorable experiences.
