Job summary

Nuffield Health Weston-super-Mare FWC is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth running of the club, opening and closing on shift, and to deliver an outstanding member experience. The role is permanent, full-time, paying up to £29,300 per annum, with a 40-hour week.

You’ll bring demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach. You may also participate in tours for prospective members, uphold safety standards, and support lifeguard coverage through site

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; open/close on shift.

• Oversee health and safety protocols; address issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets; contribute to club growth.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo on-site Lifeguard training.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
