Toby Carvery - Watermill is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager, leading the team to deliver great guest experiences. You’ll supervise all areas of the business and act as a role model to develop your team while ensuring targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or as an assistant to the General Manager.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver food, drink and service.
