Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, owner of Toby Carvery Barnes Park, is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager to lead the team and ensure guests have a memorable experience. You'll manage daily operations, train and motivate staff, uphold service standards, and help meet targets while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, pension and holiday entitlement, plus additional employee perks to support work-life

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
