Job summary

Toby Carvery - Crown is seeking an Assistant Manager in Greater London. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead and mentor the team, and ensure consistent guest experiences that reflect our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Train and inspire the team to deliver quality food, drink and service.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
