Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Toby Carvery Warrington is looking for a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager, leading a team to deliver great guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

You will train and motivate staff, model excellent service, and help achieve business targets, with flexible shifts and a comprehensive benefits package including a pension, 25 days holiday, staff discounts, and Wagestream.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Proven ability to train and lead a team.

As Duty Manager at Toby Carvery - Warrington, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
