Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited operates Toby Carvery Watermill, seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager to lead the team and deliver a memorable guest experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure excellent food, drink and service, and act as a senior role model to develop your team.

The role emphasizes guest care, teamwork, and hitting business targets in a lively, supportive environment within the Toby Carvery brand family.

As Duty Manager at Toby Carvery - Watermill, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
