Job summary

Toby Carvery Stafferton Lodge, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the day-to-day operations and to lead a friendly team to deliver great guest experiences.

You will train and inspire the crew, act as Duty Manager when needed, and be a role model driving development and moments that wow guests, while upholding brand standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
