Sizzling Pub & Grill - Red Lion in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager to lead the team and run the business day to day. The role focuses on guest experience, service standards and driving team performance.

You’ll train and inspire your staff, act as a role model and help develop your team while striving to hit business targets and maintain smooth operations across all shifts.

Qualifications
