Sizzling Pub & Grill – Red Lion, Bath is seeking a Bar Staff member to pour, mix and serve drinks with a friendly, guest-first approach. You’ll join a welcoming team in a busy pub environment, helping create a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes 18+ eligibility due to alcohol sales, flexible shifts, and opportunities to enjoy staff discounts and wellbeing benefits. A positive attitude and team spirit are key.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 to handle alcohol.
• Friendly, proactive and able to work evenings.
• Experience in fast-paced service is a plus.
