Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Colcot Arms Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll oversee guest experiences, manage shifts, and drive performance to ensure the pub brand stays at the heart of the community.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead shifts and coordinate with a General Manager.
• Strong guest service focus and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high standards of food, drink, and service.
• Act as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and host memorable moments.
• Work toward and achieve business targets.
