The Royal Standard is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager and lead the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our Castle Pubs site. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued, while upholding brand standards and driving revenue.

As Duty Manager at the Royal Standard, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
