Job summary

SSP is seeking a Team Leader for Burger King at Edinburgh Airport. You will open/close the site, lead a busy team, and ensure excellent customer service during shifts from 4am to midnight.

This role offers a strong development path within a fast-paced hospitality group and requires references and a clear background check. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with on-site duties across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays, and a pay rate of £13.75 per hour plus an overnight premium of £1.50

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/retail leadership experience preferred.
• Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks and handle alcohol.

TEAM LEADER - BURGER KING, EDINBURGH AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (37.5 hrs). Shifts between 4am and midnight.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Leaderrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and sell alcohol.

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a teamin busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal!!
