Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Newcastle is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, lead a vibrant team and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. You will be the ambassador for the hotel, working across departments to maintain service standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves supervising day-to-day activities, interviewing and recruiting alongside other managers, and coaching newcomers to feel confident in their roles.
