We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this role focuses on front office operations with some elements of food & beverage.

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, working 5 days on and 2 days off, shift work.

Candidate requirements: Previous experience in a similar role at a four or five-star hotel, excellent communication and organisational skills, proven problem-solving ability while remaining calm, flexibility, innovation, and adaptability.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

1. Work with the management team and Heads of Departments to support efficient hotel operations.
2. Drive business growth and promote hotel services.
3. Maintain lobby presence, greet guests warmly, and address queries.
4. Support the Front Office team with VIP guests.
