Job summary

Powerleague in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to support daily club operations and lead shifts at one of our 5-a-side football venues. You’ll ensure safe, smooth service, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive engagement across players, teams and event guests.

You’ll manage bookings, leagues and match night activities, supervise the on-shift team, and uphold health and safety standards while contributing to promotional activities and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports venues
• Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
• High energy and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
