Powerleague in Bradford is hiring part-time Team Members to deliver energetic, friendly service at our 5-a-side football venues. You’ll welcome players, help run leagues and events, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

If you enjoy sport, like working with people, and are flexible across mornings, evenings or weekends, join our team and help create unbeatable experiences for players and families across our nationwide clubs.

Qualifications

• People-friendly with great communication is essential.
• Energetic, proactive and comfortable on your feet.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Team player who can make a difference.
• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Passion for sport, community and energy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome players and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Support match nights, social events and club activities.
• Serve customers at reception, bar area or pitch-side.
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised.
• Help run leagues and pitch bookings smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
• Support match nights, social events and club activities
• Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch- side
• Keep the venue safe, clean and well-organised
• Help run leagues and pith bookings smoothly
• Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service

What You Bring to the Squad

• A people- person with great communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
• Previous experience in customer service - hospitality, leisure or sport is great - but not essential
• And let’s face it — you’ve got a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
