Job summary

Powerleague Glasgow is seeking a Club Manager to lead a high-performing football centre, driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, develop and inspire a team, ensure operational excellence and create engaging experiences for players across casual kickabouts and league nights.

The role requires a passionate leader with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports management, commercially aware and focused on targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership roles across retail, hospitality, leisure or sports management.
  • Proven track record of developing teams and delivering great customer experiences.
  • Commercial awareness with a history of meeting targets and driving performance.

Salary: £35k-£40k OTE + Benefits

What You Bring to the Squad:
  • A confident, results- driven manager with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports management
  • You’ve got natural team leadership experience and love seeing people succeed under your guidance.
  • You’re commercially aware with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving performance
  • You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters.
